Marie-Christine investigates the role of zinc transporters in the development of prostate cancer. She characterizes the function, localization and regulation of the selected zinc transporters in the prostate gland using different techniques. Additionally, she examines the effect of these transporters on the migration and proliferation of prostate cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
